Having read the activities in the linkshell I would say Weekends would be my available days to help out the linkshell.

Due to the ability to change servers, please let us know what server you transfered from, if any.

Shiia was born in Quetzalcoatle on January 2003. I did 2 server transfers when they were available. Both lasting only 3 months and returning to Quetz. The reason was to find people whome I can play with on my timezone. Both attempts ended up in vain. Transfered servers were Ragnarok and Cerberus. Reasons for these servers were by the PMs I received in the forum where they stated I could find some European players.

If you did transfer from another server please list the main reasons why.

How long have you been playing FFXI?

Almost 7 years.

Do you belong to a Social Linkshell? Which one and for how long?

PrettyAngels. Very small linkshell formerly known as Nagomi. Its a Japanese linkshell (being japanese myself) and only 4 members. Me and 3 friend of mine whome we know each other for 6 years.

What other End Game Linkshells have you been a member of in the last 3 years?

I remember being in one, but that was close to 3-4 years ago. i do not remember the name. Been in the linkshell for very short time since it was a NA linkshell. Got introduced by a friend who no longer plays.

Tell us about your Sky and Sea end game experience. Have you been with an LS that farmed for and killed Kirin in Sky? Have you been with an LS that farmed for and killed Jailers in Sea?

Experience wise I only did Seiryu once, and Kirin once. Both were Pickup groups where I just followed a friend of mine (japanese aswell) and we simply poped the boss, kill it and just free lotted everything. This was also a few years back. I only know Limbus in sea. Helped farm some items for torques and such but nothing big. Only did Temenos if I remember correctly and that was amoung friends aswell.

Notable Gear Already Obtained:

Maat cap would be the only Notable gear (obtained on 1st of october 2009). I also got joyeuse, kirin osode, Nin AF2 but those are not very notable these days. Kiron osode was obtained via pug, just won the lot on Cerberus server.

Gear you would like to receive from Sky/Sea:

My primary concirn would be Nin and Thf upgrades. I haven't really looked into it yet since I was just way too busy working on my Maat cap. Byakko haidate was something I was aiming but with out luck (stolen trigger mob, bad luck on drop on pickup groups etc)

What are your End Game goals?

To be honest my goal is to be able to participate on some FFXI events with people that is around my timezone. Which means not having to wake up on 1AM GMT+1 time and stay up till 5AM.

Additional info: Even though I am a complete newbie on endgame content in FFXI, I do know what raiding is about. Being a 5 year EQ player (competition on mobs), and 4 year WoW player which I have experience leading 40 people to do a raid I do understand its concepts and etiquettes. Not sure if this helps though what I want to say is I do have experience on endgame content on another MMO.

Additional info: I am able to login around 19:00 GMT+1 till 23:00 (maybe 00:00) GMT+1 time on weekdays. Weekends I can adjust more my available time unless I have a call from work and have to attend RL matters.

Thanks for the talk yesterday.
I asked Shiia to come up and play with us at Seiryu this sunday to see if endgame with Atomic is something he wants to do.
