Moogle is "new" to FFXI and want a place to hang with friendly ppl. I spoke to Moogle sunday about the situation and atm Moogle has no shell to be in.

I think Moogle mostly wants to join us for social reasons and make some friends. I am perfectly fine with that.
Atomic is a place for friends regardless of where you are at in the game.

Moogle I am sure that if you join us, eventually we can help you with getting Sky and possibly Sea access.
